A few years ago, I decided to take a decisive turn in my professional career by turning to soft and alternative therapy.

Trained in strategic conversational hypnosis, the desire to accompany vulnerable people has grown stronger over time. Numerous complementary trainings and specific workshops in the field, my activity allowed me to deepen my knowledge and to refine my skills.

After a few years of practice, I wanted to discover another tool just as gentle, respectful and accessible to all: sophrology.

Because it takes time to be properly trained and to be able to accompany people in a safe and effective way, I will only be able to accompany you once my training is completed and my certification is validated, but I am already looking forward to being able to offer you this new technique soon
